How much does LifeWay Social cost?
LifeWay Social has three subscription options based on the level of coaching you want. Subscriptions are available for three months or 12 months at a time. For pricing details and what each level of subscription provides, click here.
For free, LifeWay Social provides the Content Made Simple email list, select blog posts, and more.
In addition to subscription memberships and free content, you can invite LifeWay Social to visit your church or organization for a day. To learn more about how to do that, click here to contact us.
Why can’t I subscribe for one month at a time?
One of the most important factors in building a healthy online strategy is time. Because of this, we don’t feel like just one month of coaching is a very good use of anyone’s time. When working on a digital strategy, it is best to work on it for at least a few months.
We simply think a monthly subscription isn’t good stewardship of our time or your money.
What all does LifeWay Social provide?
A lot! We provide blog content about the latest social media updates and how they may affect your work; we provide video coaching; we provide website evaluations; we provide a Facebook group to share best practices, and a whole lot more.

Will anyone from LifeWay Social come meet with me or speak to my organization/church?
Yes! We are happy to travel and do onsite coaching days. However, this is not included in any of the subscription packages and will incur a cost. Because every consultation looks different, we don’t want to include it in any of the packages.

Can I share my membership with others?
This question is more complicated than it sounds. We cannot stop you from sharing your login information with other people on your team or in your church, and we don’t really have a problem with it. We do ask that, if you are part of the Premium or Platinum levels, you do not share the social media strategy guide PDFs, as those are meant for members only.
One LifeWay Social membership can only be used by one “brand” at a time. This is where it can get complicated. Let’s say you’re a communications director at a university and you sign up for your university. LifeWay Social can coach you on the overall strategy of your university, but if you want more specific coaching for the athletic department or for the theology school, you would need to purchase subsequent memberships. This is primarily due to bandwidth and time.

Does subscribing to LifeWay Social mean LifeWay will publish my book?
In short: no.
In long: no, but if you’re a hopeful author, our hope is that helping you build a presence online will go a long way in building an audience, which should help you publish a book someday. We make no promises that you will publish with LifeWay or B&H.

Can I get a refund?
Because of the nature of the resources LifeWay Social provides, we are unable to issue refunds beyond one week of the date you purchased your subscription.
